DOT 4 Brake Fluid

DOT 4 brake fluid is typically used for European vehicle models. Although formulated on a glycol base like DOT 3, this brake fluid is supplemented with borate ester additives, resulting in a higher boiling point compared to DOT 3 (dry boiling point of 230°C and wet boiling point of 155°C).
