Return & Exchange Policy
1Conditions for Return / Exchange
Products at Huynh Chau must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for return or exchange:
- In original condition as delivered (packaging and all accessories included)
- Seal unopened
- Security sticker intact and unremoved
- Within 7 days of purchase and proof of purchase retained (delivery note or official invoice)
2Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Products that are deformed, scratched, or dented
- Products with opened seals or removed security stickers
- Gift items and promotional products
3Exchange Hours
Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Closed for exchanges on Sundays
